Transfers: To and from FAT Ice Race from your hotel in Bad Gastein
Accommodation: 2 nights at The Comodo Bad Gastein (Friday – Sunday)
Exclusive Bentley Hospitality at FAT Ice Race
Meals: Breakfast and dinner at the hotel
Optional Transfers: Airport / private address (limited availability, first come first served, will be charged separately depending on distance)
Package price:
950,00 EUR / package (guest & retailer package*)
*Retailer package = guest package (due to limited availability within the hospitality area at FAT there is no reduced cost/ package for retailers. If you would like to join your customers, then please book the same package which includes the hotel accommodation)

Please select "ADD A PACKAGES / GUEST" to choose the amount of packages you would like to book, you will need to repeat the process within the same session to book multiple packages.
Example:
A retailer wants to book 2 packages, select "package 1" then click on "add package" and select "package 2" and so on.
· There are a maximum of 30 guests (15 packages) available overall.
· Please create a booking and enter the full details of each participant, including the retailer attending the session.
· To ensure maximum utilisation of places for the event, please book only spaces you are fully intending on filling.
· Upon each session booking, you will be emailed a confirmation of your booking. Changes / amends can be made via natalia.schostok@bentley.co.uk.
